Placing your reservation |

Making a reservation is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Select the preferred check-in and check-out dates, enter the desired number of persons per room and click the 'Search' button.
- On the resulting list of available Houses click on the 'Check Availability' button to access the individual house's page where you will be given information on available types of rooms and pricing details.
- Add a room to your shopping bag by clicking on the ' Book Now' button near the desired item.
- Review the items you have chosen in your shopping bag. To delete an item from your shopping bag, click on the 'Remove' button next to the item and then click on 'Update'.
- Resume shopping after viewing your shopping bag, click the 'Continue shopping' button. Please be aware that while the item is in your shopping bag another customer can still reserve it.
- Proceed to checkout to finalize your reservation and follow the instructions.

Eligibility to purchase |

The purchase of goods through Athena Travel e-booking Services is strictly limited to parties who have completed the eighteenth (18) year of age and can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with Greek law.
In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Athena Travel e-booking Services terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Athena Travel e-booking Services, whose applications are acceptable to Athena Travel e-booking Services and who have authorized Athena Travel e-booking Services to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the goods which they purchase (see Payment). Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
Moreover, by making an offer to purchase goods, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and, where Athena Travel e-booking Services feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
All reservations are subject to acceptance and availability.
An advance payment equal to thirty percent (30%) of the total reservation amount is required for the confirmation of your order. The remaining balance shall be paid in full upon arrival on the island.
For last minute reservation requests (ie. requests in a period less than 20 days from the onset date of your trip) immediate payment of the total reservation cost is required.
Prices shown on the site are in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (Ö. Ð. Á.) and other relevant taxes. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Euro price of an item displayed on the website at the time the reservation is accepted will be honored.
The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
Acceptance of your reservation |

Once you have made your choice and your reservation has been placed, you will receive by email a voucher acknowledging the details of your reservation. This email constitutes an acceptance of your reservation. If you do not receive this email within one hour after order confirmation please contact us at reservations@athenatravel.gr .
Unless you cancel your reservation in accordance with our Cancellation policy below, completion of the contract between you and Athena Travel e-booking Services will be perfected when upon your arrival on the island you proceed with the full payment of the remaining balance and the signing of the written contract. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Milos, Greece, the language of the contract is Greek or English and in case of any relevant dispute, the applicable law is Greek law and the competent courts are the courts of Syros, Greece .
We reserve the right not to accept your reservation in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that the item ordered is no longer available or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.
Furthermore, we may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any goods from the Site whether or not these goods are no longer available; removing, screening or editing any goods or content on the Site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Payment can be made by Visa or Master Card. No extra fees apply for the use of credit cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Athena Travel e-booking Services. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Athena Travel e-booking Services, we will not be liable for any delay or any resulting lack of availability.
To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Athena Travel e-booking Services redirects you to WinBank PayCenter of Piraeus Bank of Greece for the collection of critical payment data which guarantees maximum security during the transaction process.
Furthermore, we will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Site.
The following extra charges will be applied on your reservation whenever applicable:
- An extra charge of 20% is applied if an extra bed is added on client's request.
- One child aged 2-6 years old staying in parent's room with no use of extra bed is free of charge.
- Families with 2 children aged 2-6 years old sleeping in parents' room are charged for an extra person (ie. add 20% on the total unit cost).
NOTE: No additional person can be added for reservations that are on SPECIAL OFFERS.
Tracking your order |

Athena Travel e-booking Services will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year. Please note that for your security only a record of your transaction is kept on the Athena Travel e-booking Services web site, your credit card details are not held on the Web site.
Cancellation and reimbursement |

For cancellations requested at least 21 days prior to the onset of your trip or your arrival, no cancellation fees apply. Save for a 25.00 Euros fee for file expenses and administrative costs, you will be reimbursed depending on the way you made your payment.
For cancellations requested in less than 21 days before your arrival, Athena Travel Services reserves the right to keep the deposit you have already paid.
For cancellations requested after your arrival or for requests to limit your total stay Athena Travel Services shall hold you liable for the total cost of your reservation.
How to proceed if you wish to cancel a reservation |

If you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation you should notify us by a cancellation e-mail at management@athenatravel.gr or by fax at +30 22870 21498.
The cancellation will be deemed valid only if you receive a cancellation confirmation by Athena Travel Services within 24 hours of your notification.
Service reimbursement |

No reimbursement applies if Athena Travel Services fails to provide any of the agreed services due to your own will or fault (e.g. you miss the ship, or you are late in waking up or you are not ready at the time set for your transportation appointment, or you give wrong details about your arrival, etc.).
For services not rendered due to our or our collaborator's fault, either the equivalent amount will be reimbursed or you will be offered some other form of compensation.
