The house has a spacious courtyard with nice patio, private parking area and is walking distance to Papikinos Beach, only 100m away, supermarkets, bus stop and the Adamas center. The house can accommodate 2-4 guests.

The sea is only a few steps away where you can have your private sun bed reserved only for you. Breakfast is served upon request at an extra charge at the nearby restaurant. At the village there is no market but only a restaurant where you can enjoy your snack or meal with a traditional touch.

It is 10 metres from the main bus stop and 500 metres from the archeological centre of the island (the catacombs, ancient theatre and where the Venus de Milo was found). A great start for exploration! This studio was renovated in 2018. It's a detached unit on the back of the house with its own private terrace and entrance. We live on site so are there for any assistance but you will not feel our presence unless it is requested!

"VENUS" is a room on the ground floor with view to the beautiful garden. It is a cave turned into small room, able to accommodate 2 guests! In 1820, this cave was the actual hiding place for Venus de Milo!!!! "RETIRE" is on the upper level, has a bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen with sofa bed, view to the village and distant seaview. "TRAPEZARIA" is on the upper level, has a bedroom with double bed, fully equipped kitchen with two sofa beds and view to the village.

It is ideal for those who want to be right by the water, without missing on comfort. Start your day with an amazing balcony view and a swim. Be with the sound of the waves morning noon and night! Salty Kisses is studio on the upper floor and Sandy Toes is the one on the ground floor. Both units offer a coffee corner. There is no air condition or TV set. Fyropotamos Beach is not an appropriate option if you do not have your own vehicle.

All rooms have a private balcony overlooking Psarovolada Beach. Access to this beach is via a small and steep path. Also the complex is not recommended if you do not have your own means of transport as for Agia Kyriaki there is no public transport.
