- During this period, our physical office remains closed.
- We operate online only and assist exclusively via WhatsApp and email.
- Private Office meetings are available by appointment only.

Monday – Saturday
- 09:00 – 16:00
- Vehicle pickup & office support available until 16:00
Soft Sunday
- Closed
- Quick assistance, scheduled pickups & urgent matters only
- The Reservation Department remains closed on Sundays
- No expectation of full office or concierge operation
During the summer season, assistance outside office hours is available by Private Office appointment only.
This policy is independent of transfer services, arrival times, self check-in procedures, or any related fees,
which are governed by separate terms.
Guests who have stored luggage at our office may request a scheduled luggage pickup appointment outside working hours.
Our team remains available for scheduled luggage collection appointments until 23:00.
After standard office hours, accommodation arrivals continue normally through self check-in procedures and next-day support.
During high-demand periods, our team may remain available beyond the above hours in order to assist guests when needed.
