During the summer season, assistance outside office hours is available by Private Office appointment only.

This policy is independent of transfer services, arrival times, self check-in procedures, or any related fees, which are governed by separate terms.

Guests who have stored luggage at our office may request a scheduled luggage pickup appointment outside working hours. Our team remains available for scheduled luggage collection appointments until 23:00.

After standard office hours, accommodation arrivals continue normally through self check-in procedures and next-day support.

During high-demand periods, our team may remain available beyond the above hours in order to assist guests when needed.
