CANCELLATION POLICY

• For any cancellation, change of dates or of the number of reserved rooms please let us know by e-mail as soon as possible.
• For cancellations made at least 21 days before starting the journey or arrival, there will not be a charge fee, apart from a charge of € 25.00 for filing fees and administrative costs. Therefore, we perform a refund depending on the payment method you have followed.
• If you cancel your reservation in less than 21 days before your arrival or do not get here in the specified date, the deposit is not refundable.
• In case of non - arrival (no show) or departure before the scheduled date, there is no refund.
