During the summer season, assistance outside standard office hours (16:00–18:00 and Sunday afternoons)
is available by Private Office appointment only.
This policy is independent of transfer services, arrival times, self check-in procedures, or any related fees,
which are governed by separate terms.
During high-demand periods, our team may remain available beyond the above hours in order to assist guests when needed.
