Winter Period

  • During the winter period, our physical office remains closed.
  • We operate online only, and assist exclusively via email and WhatsApp.
  • Please note that our landline phone is not active during this period.

Spring & Late Autumn

March & November

Office Hours

  • Monday – Saturday: 10:00 – 14:00
  • Sunday: Closed

Summer Season

Monday – Saturday

  • 09:00 – 16:00
  • 16:00 – 18:00 (office closed – available by appointment)
  • 18:00 – 21:00

Sunday

  • 10:00 – 15:00

During the summer season, assistance outside standard office hours (16:00–18:00 and Sunday afternoons) is available by Private Office appointment only.

This policy is independent of transfer services, arrival times, self check-in procedures, or any related fees, which are governed by separate terms.

During high-demand periods, our team may remain available beyond the above hours in order to assist guests when needed.
