We are happy to inform you that check-in after 01:00 a.m. is absolutely possible and we will make sure your arrival is smooth.
As late-night arrivals take place outside our working hours, and since the island does not use street names or numbers, locating the property after midnight can sometimes be a little challenging — especially if it is your first time here.
Self check-in
We will send you detailed instructions on the day of arrival. This option is available for late arrivals and is handled independently.
Private late-night transfer & personal escort (€40)
Our assistant will meet you at the port and personally escort you directly to the property, ensuring a relaxed and stress-free arrival.
This service applies between 00:00–03:00 as it is outside regular working hours.
Kindly let us know your preference, and we will arrange everything accordingly.

Summer Boutique Villa is a fully private three-bedroom villa located in Provatas Bay, on the south coast of Milos. Designed for elevated island living, it combines privacy, comfort and panoramic sea views in one of the island’s most peaceful seaside areas.
The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining area, comfortable living room, private swimming pool and an expansive rooftop terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Provatas is a quiet residential area with no shops or supermarkets nearby. The nearest market is located in Adamas, approximately 7 km away.
Transportation
A private vehicle is strongly recommended for guests staying in Provatas for greater flexibility and convenience during their stay.
Useful Notes
Tap water is not drinkable; bottled water is recommended. Hot water is supplied through a solar water heating system under normal usage conditions.
